Question Do you have any offline store?
AnswerNot yet, there will be soon.
Question Are your items ready stock?
AnswerSome are ready and some are by Pre-Order (manually home industrial). You can check whether it’s ready stock or not in each item’s page.
Question How long does it take to have my PO item?
Answer5 to 7 working days (weekend closed).
Question Are your items manufactured by yourself?
AnswerYes, they are. We manufacture our products exclusively for our brand.
Question Do you do custom design? Or can I request a resize?
AnswerNo. Resize is available for Lungo & Svelto Clutch (additional price might added).
Question Where are your workshop located?
AnswerWe are located at Jakarta, Indonesia.
Question What leather are you using?
AnswerWe are using imported calfskin from East Europe. For some product mixed with genuine suede calfskin.
Question Do you sell or mix in with synthetic leather or PU leather?
AnswerNo, 100% all genuine leather calfskin.
Question Do you provide wholesaler souvenirs or office / wedding gift?
AnswerYes, price will be adjusted by the quantity of order. For cheaper cost, we have partnership corporation with FAUXOLOGY which sells synthetic leather only for wholesaler souvenirs.
Question Can I be Zilia Leather reseller?
AnswerNo, we do not take any reseller.
Question If I ordered wholesaler souvenirs, is it possible to remove Zilia Leather logo or label?
AnswerNo, we do not remove our logo either label.
Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerYes, we do ship overseas.
Question What shipping providers do you use for local and worldwide shipping?
Answer

Local via JNE. International via EMS. International cost starting from $10 to $45

Special cost for neighbor countries; Singapore $10, Malaysia $14.

(there might be additional tax when you received the goods, it depends to your country’s regulations).

Question Will the sold out items be back in stock?
Answer

All item will be back in stock.

Question Can I pay with credit card?
Answer

Yes, you can pay with credit card. But currently we only accept credit card payment through Paypal. 

Question I haven't got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?
Answer

Kindly email us to contact@zilialeather.com, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

Question Can I exchange or return purchased item(s)?
Answer

No you can’t, items are not refundable or exchangeable, except if there is any defect in our item (max 5 days after item received).

Question How can I track my order?
Answer

You can sign in into your account, and check the order history. We also give you a tracking URL of your order to your e-mail.
